I offer private yoga sessions, in-person group classes, and regular online classes to suit a variety of needs. I also provide home visits in Bognor Regis, as well as online sessions available throughout the UK.

Online Class Schedule
Mondays 8 - 8:45 am: Breath work and meditation.
​
Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Vinyasa Flow, a dynamic moving practice with a 5 minute meditation at the end.
Wednesdays 7:45 - 8:45 am: Yin yoga, relaxation and meditation to stretch, relax, focus and go deeper into meditation practices.
Thursdays 8 - 8:45 am: Morning Flow, relaxation & meditation to invigorate, stretch, centre and focus.

Online Class Pricing for 5 week term:
1 yoga class per week : £55 (£11 per class)
2 per week: £90 (£9 per class)
3 per week: £120 (£8 per class)
4 per week: £150 (£7.50 per class)

Styles of Yoga I offer

Vinyasa Flow: A fluid, dynamic practice where breath is synchronized with movement, promoting strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Yin Yoga: A slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues, holding postures for longer periods to enhance flexibility and inner stillness.

Hatha Yoga: A gentle, foundational practice focused on balance, alignment, and mindful breathing through traditional poses.

Breathwork: A practice that uses controlled breathing techniques to reduce stress, increase energy, and enhance mental clarity.

Meditation: A practice of quieting the mind and focusing on the present moment, helping to cultivate inner peace, awareness, and clarity.

Assisted Yin Yoga: A supportive practice that uses traditional Yin poses with hands-on adjustments and long holds to deepen relaxation and release tension. Available 1-1 only.
Private 1-1 Sessions
Private yoga sessions offer personalized attention, allowing the practice to be tailored to your specific needs, goals, and abilities. With one-on-one guidance, you can deepen your practice, address any physical limitations, and receive focused support in a comfortable, non-judgmental space.
